Now available from Micromech are the Isel versatile work/machine tables and sub-frames that are suitable just as worktops or configurable for precise and safe clamping of devices, clamping fixtures when measuring, machining, checking and testing. There are two ranges, the AMT range a heavy- duty machine table and the TA series a work/machine table for lighter use.  The AMT tables with a control cabinet can be used to produce actual machines either single or multiple axis for use in applications such as a milling machine, measuring machine, test equipment or automatic screwing applications. The novel feature of this product is the 'table top' made of anodized aluminium which has precision rectangular profiles 40mm deep x 350 mm wide with T-slot grooves DIN 508 (M6 x 8) for precise and safe clamping of devices and fixtures for measuring, checking, testing etc.
The sub-frames have a stylish design and are also made of anodised aluminium, with stable struts and panels, all standard products from Isel. For good stability the feet diameter are 80 mm or 120 mm, with rubber inlay and individual height-adjustment.
The control cabinet is available either as (IP55) 600 x 600 x 250 mm with one door or (IP54) 600 x 800 x 250 mm with two doors. There are further options for load, either 250 kg or 500 kg, special sizes in heights and table lengths, a 4mm thick aluminium shelf, various clamping devices, stop rails and vices.
The TA range is also suitable for processes whereby work pieces must be clamped precisely and safely but for lighter applications than the AMT series making them more suitable for measuring, analysing and testing applications.
 The worktops are available in various forms:
- With two T-groove profiles PT 50 / 375, face-milled and anodised
- melamine coated in light grey coating (colour: RAL7035) the worktop is fixed from underneath to avoid work surface fixing holes
- A high quality T-slot to suit T- blocks in accordance with DIN 508 (M6 x 8) in a grid of 100 resp. 50 mm
The pedestal feet are 80mm diameter also with a rubber base and height adjustable, the frame profile again in the attractive Isel style. |
