FANUC adds the cable integrated robots R-2000 i A/165EW to the R-2000 i A series which are popular world-wide as multi-purpose intelligent robots.

They feature the SYSTEM R-J3 i B intelligent robot control system.

The R-2000 i A/165EW is the solution for automotive spot welding and general assembly as well as for general industrial spot welding applications.

Features

Cables and hoses for spot welding are integrated into the J3 arm and the wrist.
Customers can use the robot immediately after connecting the controller. It is not necessary to install, adjust or maintain an external cable package.
Integrated cables and hoses have the same life as standard robot inner cables, extending the maintenance period of the cables.
J1-J3 units are the same as the R-2000 i A/165F,
whose reliability has been well confirmed.
