Roller Conveyors
ROLLER CONVEYORS TYPE M1800 SERIES
30, 40, 50 & 60 Diameter rollers
A comprehensive range of high quality roller conveyors. Gravity free running or powered. Rollers are available in zinc plated steel, stainless steel or plastic.
The roller side supports and support frames use painted presses steel or our MONEX extruded aluminium.
Sizes 200mm to1000mm wide,1m to 6m long sections.

Standard sizes 300mm to 1000mm wide, 0 to 180 degrees.
Gravity free running with split rollers or powered with tapered rollers.
ZERO LINE PRESSURE ROLLER CONVEYORS
30, 40, 50 & 60 Diameter rollers
Zero line pressure conveyors are used where the queue of products on the conveyor must be kept separated. This could be soft items such as the Brie cheeses shown or heavy items such as full size pallets. Sensors at the side of the conveyor and Mitsubishi Alpha controllers ensure that the queue is maintained and automatically closes up if product is removed.
An enclosure for electrical services runs the full length each side of the conveyor, this is sealed with our 19mm plastic filler strip.
Standard sizes 260mm to 1000mm wide, 500mm to 10M long.
