Stainless Steel Conveyors
HEAVY DUTY - STAINLESS STEEL CONVEYORS
16, 25, 50 or 120mm diameter end rollers
Designed for the critical production line, the belt and idler rollers can be removed for cleaning without the aid of tools!
Options include:
- Fully automatic belt tracking.
- Quick release belt tensioner.
- Quick change motor.
- Fixed or variable speed.
- Stainless steel 304 or 316 grades.
- Food quality belts in blue or white

LIGHT & MEDIUM DUTY - STAINLESS STEEL CONVEYORS
32mm or 50mm Diameter rollers
Low profile stainless steel conveyor with a food quality belt. The conveyor is light enough to be portable and is ideal for permanent or temporary links in a production line. The drive is situated under the conveyor and can be fixed speed or variable speed. It can be supplied with an adjustable stand as shown, or with stainless steel square section legs.
Sizes 80mm to 300mm wide, 600mm to 2m long.
MEDIUM DUTY - STAINLESS STEEL CONVEYORS
50mm Diameter rollers
Universally used conveyor suitable for use in most food and pharmaceutical applications. Belt can have a quick release for ease of cleaning. Many add on modules such as walk through gates (as shown), merge units, diverters etc.
Standard sizes 300mm to 1000mm wide, 800mm to 5M long.
STAINLESS STEEL ELEVATORS
50, 113 & 135mm Diameter rollers
Rigid and powerful range of elevators for many types of application in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Drives are available using external motors or integral drum motors. Rollers can be lagged with rubber for arduous applications. Food quality belts are supplied with a range of flights to suit different applications also available are modular chain belts.
Standard sizes 260mm to 1000mm wide, 500mm to 10M long.
STAINLESS STEEL HOPPERS
50, 113 & 135mm Diameter rollers
A range of stainless steel hoppers for automatically feeding all types of products from granular food to medical phials. Belts can be flat, flighted or modular chain. Drives are available in fixed speed, variable speed or run on demand.
Standard sizes from 10 to 1000 litres capacity.
